Boot Repair & Restoration
We hope your boots carry you through countless beautiful hours in the saddle — but even the finest craftsmanship may need a little extra care over time. To extend the life of your riding boots, we offer professional repair services handled with the same attention to detail as when they were first made.
We can assist with: Zipper replacement (one or both boots), Stretching adjustments for improved comfort and fit, Replacement of inside panels (for worn contact areas). Your boots will be sent to our trusted workshop in Portugal, where skilled artisans carefully restore them using the correct techniques and original materials. Estimated turnaround time: 2–6 weeks. Shipping is included in the price.
Inside Panel Replacement
When replacing inside panels, we always aim to match the original leather as closely as possible. Please note that older boots may have developed natural patina, softening and colour changes over time. In such cases, a perfectly identical colour match cannot always be guaranteed — but we will ensure the result is harmonious, functional and beautifully finished.
How it works

- Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a shipping label and further instructions by email.
- Carefully pack your cleaned boots and send them to us using the provided label.
Important before shipping
Please make sure your boots are thoroughly cleaned before sending them. They must be free from dirt, mud and stable residue. If boots arrive heavily soiled, an additional cleaning fee will be added before repair can begin.
