Frequently Asked Questions
1. FIT & SIZING
Yes, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. We guide riders every day and are happy to help you find the right size.
- Ready to Ride boots: We guide you to the best matching size based on a few key measurements.
- Custom boots: We guide you through the full measuring process to ensure a precise fit.
You can reach out via chat or email — we’ll guide you step by step.
It depends slightly on the type of boots:
- Ready to Ride boots: You only need a few key measurements: Shoe size, Calf width & Height
- Custom boots: We guide you through a more detailed measuring process to ensure a tailored fit.
Either way — we’re here to help if you feel unsure.
Ready to Ride boots:
This is very common. We recommend choosing the closest fit in the calf since the boots are flexible and adjusting the foot using the included insoles. Or simply choose the larger size for extra comfort.
Custom boots:
The boots are made to your measurements, so this is not something you need to worry about.
Yes - all leather boots adapt with use and time. And all boots drop a bit after being used for a while. New riding boots usually need a short break-in period.
- Ready to Ride boots: The leather softens and, together with the front lacing, allows for a more flexible fit.
- Custom boots: The boots are already shaped to your leg but will still soften and become more comfortable over time.
Absolutely, we are happy to help. Book a virtual fitting or boot coffee with us and we take it from there. You can also chat with or email us.
