Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the type of product:

• In-stock products: 1–5 working days
• Engraved name tags: 10–20 working days
• Custom boots: production time varies (see product page)

Please note that all delivery times are estimates.
As many of our products are handcrafted by smaller manufacturers, production times may vary and are sometimes beyond our control. We always do our utmost to deliver your order as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL and PostNord.

Your order will be delivered to a ServicePoint near you unless otherwise stated.
If you provide your mobile number, you will receive a notification via SMS when your package is ready for collection.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Amazona Sueca has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Unclaimed Shipments

Packages are usually held at the ServicePoint for up to 14 days. If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, a fee will be charged to cover shipping, handling and administration.
