The beautifully soft suede and genuine sheepskin lining make Augusta wonderfully flexible and adaptable, gently moulding to the natural shape of your feet over time.

Whether your feet are narrow or wide, the soft materials offer a forgiving feel, even around sensitive areas such as bunions (hallux valgus).

Wear them barefoot for that irresistible sheepskin feeling, or with your favourite socks for extra cosiness.

Augusta is made from carefully selected, beautifully soft suede and lined with genuine sheepskin. Naturally breathable and temperature-regulating, the sheepskin keeps your feet cosy while allowing them to breathe, whether you wear your Augusta barefoot or with socks.

The thin, finely ribbed rubber sole offers flexibility and grip, making Augusta just as lovely to wear indoors as outdoors.

We carefully source our materials from European tanneries with high standards of quality, and work closely with a family-owned shoe manufacturer in northern Portugal. Here, every pair is handmade by skilled craftspeople who share our passion for beautiful materials, traditional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Augusta takes its name from Rua Augusta, one of São Paulo's most vibrant streets, known for its stylish boutiques, creative energy and unmistakable personality.

It's also a place close to our hearts. Brazil is where the story of Amazona Sueca first began, and its warmth, confidence and colourful spirit continue to inspire our designs today.

Your Augusta ballerinas deserve a little care to keep them looking and feeling beautiful.

• Protect before wearing. Treat the suede with a suitable suede protector spray before first use, especially if you plan to wear them outdoors.
• Brush gently. Use a soft suede brush to remove dust and dirt and refresh the texture.
• Let them breathe. Air out the natural sheepskin lining between wears to keep it fresh.
• Keep them dry. Avoid heavy rain and wet conditions. If your Augusta gets damp, let them dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat.
• Store with care. Keep them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
